Image in Draft:Smita N. Kinkale

Hello,

You have uploaded the artwork image used in Draft:Smita N. Kinkale as your own work. This means one of two things:

1. You are the artist who created the painting, and there for Draft:Smita N. Kinkale is an autobiography. --or--
2. You are not the artist, and therefore the intellectual property rights in this painting do not belong to you, and you should not have claimed it as your own work.

Could you please clarify which it is?
