Second Vijayan ministry

Hello, Wikiloverdeepak. While your contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, however, re this edit, please note that the Chair and Chief Whip section is outside the scope of the said article. Speaker and deputy speaker are elected by the house while whips are appointed by the respective party, hence they are not part of the ministry. The lead, which I assume, you have written by yourself says 21 ministers, but not any chair and chief whip.
