October 2019[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at WP:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

If you'd like to have your article restored you can follow the instructions above from JJMC89. After that you need to follow the advice of reviewers. The article contains a lot of detail. As an encyclopedia article only a summary of the most important parts of his life should be included. And all information needs a reliable source. By doing this you will make it easier to decide if he is notable the word we use to decide who does and doesn't qualify for a Wikipedia page. Not all pilots - even pilots who've won military awards - are considered notable. I hope this helps. If not feel free to use the help me template to ask another question.
