Hi, regarding the points in your email: if you have information that Draft:Markus Soegiarto is notable it needs to be added to the article. Much of the article remains unsourced or has sources that do not mention the subject and verify the claims. Your source this is just a mention. All new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). Being invited to speak at an event some think is notable is not notable by Wikipedia standards. Regards KylieTastic (talk) 22:42, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Kylie Tastic,
I hope this finds you okay. The available links show Markus Soegiarto's recent involvement in public events, covered by the media, in his role as an educator and cultural activist preserving kolintang traditions.

While recognizing that the coverage may not be from a major outlet like The New York Times, our mission is clear. We are trying to protect Indonesia from the flood of foreign culture through Wikipedia while ensuring a balanced narrative.
Warm regards,
