Every statement must be sourced, with an in-line citation ideally. Look at your citations- they are hanging off the end of the article. They should be in-line in the text.

Two sources is not enough to establish notability either, so we need to see significant coverage in multiple secondary sources.

You also need to tighten up the language, phrases like "driven by a mission to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote and protect human rights" is out of a brochure, not suitable for an encyclopaedia.
