Per your request on Orangemike's talk page, I have reviewed your draft. As you will see, I have reformatted it to comply with Wikipedia's house style, which you will find described at WP:MOS. I have not, however, tackled the references which need some more work. Please take a look at WP:Referencing for beginners for assistance with properly formatting references. You should were possible use an appropriate {{cite web}} or {{cite book}} template. If you want to use the same reference in more than one place, take a look at WP:NAMEDREFS for guidance. Also note that you cannot use other Wikipedia articles as references (you can of course link to them as I have done) - as a user-created project, Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Hope this helps. I will watch this talk page so that I will know if you reply. – ukexpat (talk) 18:45, 10 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just took another look at your sandbox and added a {{Reflist}} template. Please take a look at WP:Referencing for beginners for help with citing references. Hope this helps. – ukexpat (talk) 19:41, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
