October 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Frosty. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Alia— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —Frosty 00:37, 20 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

August 2022[edit]

Hello. Information icon Hello, I'm Elijahandskip. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, because sources were not provided for the changes made. I undid your edits related to the March 22, 2022 Arabi/New Orleans EF3 tornado. The National Weather Service stated 1 direct fatality and 1 indirect fatality occurred from the tornado, and on Wikipedia, we only include the direct fatalities. Here is the National Weather Service survey on that tornado. I also undid changes made to the Tornado outbreak of March 21–23, 2022, where you set the damage to $1 billion. Can you provide a source for the new damage totals when you change them? If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Question about one of your edits on Tornadoes of 2022[edit]

Hello! I had a question this edit where you added a fatality to the United States/world total but did not update any corresponding sections with a fatality. Because no new fatalities were mentioned/cited in the article, I went ahead and reverted the change. Do you know where the fatality occurred? If yes, you can update the article by added a new section and/or new tornado to an existing section with a source so it can be seen by others. Elijahandskip (talk) 01:08, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

We don't use The Weather Channel's Winter Storm Naming system on Wikipedia[edit]

@97.79.222.14 I took this to your talk page to tell you we do not use The Weather Channel's naming scheme on Wikipedia due to it being unofficial and NOAA which is the official weather and atmospheric administration doesn't recognize it. Even the Meteorological Service of Canada doesn't recognize it. I'm trying to avoid a possible edit war over this, so please stop putting "Winter Storm Alejandra".
