It's only the creator of a page who may not remove CSD tags from it. See WP:CSD: The creator of a page may not remove a speedy deletion tag from it. Only an editor who is not the creator of a page may do so.

so you have to listen and talk with other editors if you disagree why we should still have this page. everyone can give a reasons agree or disagree, not only you who can jude and say that we should have this page or not and then remove the tag.
