Speaking as an acquaintance, couple issues. 1) no mention that Paul is past president of BBWAA 2) 2012 was his first season with mlb.com. 3) Since 2002 he was the Phila. Daily News national baseball writer while someone else was the Phillies beat writer. 4) collaborated with John Kruk on Kruk's autobiography I Aint't an Athelete, Lady...
