Purification Rundown[edit]
I notice Scientology/Narconon's Purification Rundown isn't [yet] mentioned in this article. Perhaps it should be. Based on L. Ron Hubbard's advice (see Clear Body, Clear Mind) that "fat cells store toxins" and that sweating them out with a sauna regimen (while consuming oils to provide the body a source for replacing the "toxin-laden" fat cells") is an effective way of removing them. Surely it's not the only "sweat program" peddled for detoxification. ▶ I am Grorp ◀ 21:20, 25 December 2023 (UTC)
