Not an easy one[edit]

It's not easy to know how to contribute to this editathon.

Does adding logos to articles on women's organisations count - eg Pinnacle Club? I've listed this, but I could only upload the image to English Wikipedia as a "fair use" image, not to Commons. I'll do a few more like this one - look in a category for women's organisations, click on article, if no logo look for website, see if there's a logo which can be copied and uploaded, do so and add it to the article.

Is there a way to identify images which are in Commons but don't have an associated en.wiki article, eg portraits? I suppose scanning our wikidata redlists for those with an image is a start. PamD 09:37, 5 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pam - would be useful to find a way to claim fair use images - they are a great addition and help the en:wiki a lot. Pictures that are not fair use can just be quoted as media added. Do add them even if there is not an associated article as it may inspire some other editor. Oh and thank you! Victuallers (talk) 09:19, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
