request for recent research summary[edit]

I got into a conversation on social media recently because of a contributor recruiting initiative (Wikipedia Needs More Women) in which someone asked about work that the Foundation and movement have done to make the environment less unwelcoming, and in particular, how effective it's been. Where ought I seek out a more recent roundup of research on that topic? I believe the Media & Research page hasn't been updated for a few years. Thanks!
