Hey, I'm super sory for missing this one. I had a whole talked plan and I became super busy this week leading up to my birthday that it slipped my mind. I'll 100% be at the next one! # (Sidepocket) 11:17, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Too bad, Sidepocket. I suppose you could record and upload your presentation. It was nice seeing people who don't come to the real meetings, though I missed some familiar faces. The process is still slightly ragged for me; near the last minute I noticed that my desktop was doing video but not audio, so I switched quickly to the laptop and at first that didn't work, either. And then I started fiddlng with how the display works, especially with dual screen. Oh, people, point a light at your face! I did remember to reposition my own light for that. Alas, such fussing (and old age) is part of why I don't remember as much as at a real meeting, but I found out about planned online edit-thons. However, one in Brooklyn had finished hours earlier without me finding out about it, and a Boston one closed itself to reservations before I got started. I need to pay more attention to our online notices or maybe they could be better organized. Fortunately, this event page has links to topics under discussion such as iNaturalist and oh, Sm8900, I need to look in your proposal on contemporary history and various other things in the list of links. Darn, I find that being a hard-core Wikimedian means hardly any downtime; my backlogs autmatically expand to fill all available time plus 20% and it's all vitally important!
