Lovende artikler

hey, why you can see the Danish wiki when an article is good in English wiki, but in English wiki can not see if the Danish article is lovende articæe. Is there a reason why they? sorry my bad English. --80.161.143.239 (talk) 15:53, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

Oh you can, but it has to be added (by an editor or by an bot) and this takes sometimes its time and / or get sometimes missed. Which article is/was it? I would do it if it isn't fixed until now... mabdul 14:24, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

Request/Question about Hungarian to English Translation

Hello! I've found a Hungarian language article that would serve as a good basis for an English language version of the same article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Cards_of_Power

I added a category indicating that the English draft I linked above could be improved with the aid of translation from the Hungarian language version of the article. I am fluent in only English, with no experience in Hungarian, though through some sources was able to glean enough core information to make the article. Do I just wait and hope someone capable of translating finds it and decides to help out? Or would it be possible to contact someone who speaks English and Hungarian through the Embassy? (Officially) untitled cinematic universe from DC Comics

A page move discussion was held about whether to rename DC Extended Universe [Wikidata] article to Worlds of DC or not. The result? Not to rename it. The reason was that the source of the alleged 'new name' was merely a banner message, and it was too early to move.

I'd like to notify all the non-English editions of Wikipedia that

do NOT move the relevant article to "Worlds of DC" (or the translation of it), and
if the article was moved already, all the changes must be reverted.

(coming from HD) Short answer: you do not. We are not in the business of telling other Wikipedias what to do, since all Wikipedias are independent projects, and consensus to do X in a certain Wikipedia is not a compelling reason to do the same in other Wikipedias. I agree. Don't spam a lot of Wikipedias with an "order" they have no obligation to follow. And most of them probably aren't even considering "Worlds of DC". If you feel strongly about it then see which languages have already changed it at DC Extended Universe (Q18281265) and make a polite suggestion to the language or the editor who made the move. I currently see one "Worlds of DC" in Finnish but there are many languages I cannot read. PrimeHunter (talk) 16:54, 4 August 2018 (UTC)

I'm not sure, however, if he wants to publish the page in Russian (in which case we need to redirect him to ru-wiki) or in English (then we need to guide him through translation process and then through publishing here).

I can understand Russian a bit, but not enough to actively discuss (and I have no Russian language support in my computer, so I can't write this language).

I'm trying to get ahold of the Russian Wikipedia ambassadors but it looks like a bunch of the Russian-English ambassadors linked on the Russian Wikipedia ambassadors section are no longer apart of Wikipedia.
