Welcome the WikiProject Illinois Newsletter. We are currently in the proposal phase, feel free to join the discussion at the proposals page. We have one issue, a beta version, which was distributed following our 2007 membership census, which took place from October 4 until October 11. You can see the Vol. I, No. 1, Issue 1 in its entirety for a preliminary example of where we are going with this. This page would essentially be an introduction and archives page.
