Gildsons, unfortunately an experienced AFC reviewer has determined that your subject isn't notable enough for inclusion in Wikipedia. Not everybody can have a Wikipedia article: subjects must be a certain notability standard. Generally, this means that they must be supported by multiple independent reliable sources that mention the subject significantly (i.e. not just trivial coverage). Reviewers have determined that this standard is likely not met. Also, your article appears to be written in a promotional tone. The article appears, to my analysis, to be merely a collection of accomplishments and states opinions as facts ("has gained international recognition for his work"). Particularly, parts that mention the organization he founded seem to be a promotion of the organization. If you want to continue editing Wikipedia, I would encourage you to focus your efforts on articles that have already been created. Creating an article is one of the hardest tasks for new editors. Oh, and if you happen to have a connection to the subject of the article (I only ask because of the promotional tone), then you must declare that on your user page (following the guidelines at WP:COI). Tricolore, unfortunately your article has been rejected, which means that no further action can improve the article (besides it being completely rewritten). The article, as sources, takes a combination of website bios and press releases to form essentially a resume or list of accomplishments of the subject of the article. The article would, under my assessment, need to be fundamentally rewritten to comply with Wikipedia's neutrality standards. Also, do you happen to have a conflict of interest with the subject (I ask because of the promotional tone of the article)? If so, you must disclose it following WP:COI. Itprocity, unfortunately your article has been deleted. This means that no further action can be taken on this article. You say that this is "the only information that the company has provided." Does this mean that you have been hired by that company? If so, you are required to disclose that following the instructions at WP:COI. If this was the only information present to create the article, then perhaps the subject of the article just isn't notable enough for inclusion into Wikipedia. Not every subject automatically deserves a Wikipedia article. The specific reason the article was deleted was because it was "unambiguous advertising." In the future when editing Wikipedia, I would recommend you write with a neutral tone. You can learn more about this at WP:NPOV. Let me know if you have further questions. AmmuHarish, your page is nominated for speedy deletion as unambiguous advertising. This means that a reviewer has determined that the article would take a fundamental rewrite to be written in a neutral tone. Also, a reviewer has determined that the subject of the article is likely not notable, per Wikipedia's notability guidelines. Take a look at other Wikipedia articles to get a sense of what a neutral tone is like. Phrases like "constant learning and diligent attitude" aren't a neutral tone. One last note. Unfortunately, an experienced AFC reviewer has determined that your article isn't sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. That is, no amount of editing would get it up to a standard where it could be accepted into Wikipedia. Wikipedia articles are required to meet a certain standard of notability. That is, the subject of the article must be mentioned significantly (i.e. not trivial coverage) in multiple independent reliable sources. Yours has been determined to likely not meet this criteria, therefore it doesn't meet Wikipedia's notability standard. If you enjoy editing Wikipedia, I would recommend you edit one of the many already created articles on Wikipedia, as creating a new article is one of the hardest tasks for new editors.
