Hi admins, I need help improving the article above. I referenced reliable offline newspaper. What do I need to omit or add for the article to be accepted? I need guidance. Thanks :) Shenalyn2018 (talk) 03:53, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you refer to Draft:Nazar Muquaddar Ali. Firstly, it either an autobiography or created by impersonator. Secondly, no citation. Lastly, non-notable. Matthew_hk tc 15:00, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a reference from a reliable source which is in another language other than English. The source tells of the subject's rise to fame when he won the regional essays competition at age 12. I suggest that the reviewer finds translates the reference to English and reads carefully. The source I am referring to is Isolezwe which is a leading South African newspaper published in IsiZulu. A division of Independent Newspapers and IOL. Highly reliable source.

I was trying to "Accept" a draft article, so I "moved" it to the new name, Heritage Jail Museum. I read the instructions for accepting articles and it said to us the "Accept" button, which I did not see, so I moved it. I know there is some code missing for the proper ducumentation, but I don't know what to use. Where can I find the Acept button? Help!! Thank you so much.

From the instruction: "Click the Accept button. Select an appropriate name Give the article an assessment on the quality scale Consider adding categories, and/or appropriate cleanup templates or stub-tags by entering the code in the relevant boxes. Add any Wikiproject banners that would apply to the article by inserting the template code into the relevant box. If accepting an article about a person, please ensure you tick the biography checkbox, and select the relevant option from the living person drop-down menu. This ensures such articles are placed in Category:Biography articles of living people. Click Accept and publish to mainspace. The script will move the article for you, clean it up, create its talk page, grade it, and notify the submission creator."

Hi Jllm06. The first step is to ask at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Articles for creation/Participants to be added to the participants list. After you've been added, go into preferences and on the gadgets tab, in the editing section, check the box for "Yet Another AFC Helper Script". The AFCH script will make reviewing easier, and is where you'll find the accept button. --Worldbruce (talk) 16:47, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for giving me the perfect instructions! I could not find such basic instructions anywhere. I appreciate your clear writing!Jllm06 (talk) 23:51, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
