Hey there, I wanted to ask some question regarding my submission that was decline due to lacking reference if I understood correctly. When writing about a record label, and especially about an underground independent one, the amount of references one can find is pretty limited. I also believe that when a record label distributes music digitally, referencing their actual releases should be acceptable.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to be given some help towards what kind of reference I shall find Messinismarios (talk) 00:19, 24 December 2017 (UTC)
- Hi Messinismarios. Wikipedia only wants articles about topics that have gained significant attention by the world at large and over a period of time, as evidenced by significant coverage in multiple, independent, reliable sources. What you are describing, an underground record label founded nine months ago for which you can find no in-depth independent references, does not belong in Wikipedia. When I began my Sandbox file, I used an existing Wikipedia file on a similar object as my template.
Yes, I am the author and inventor of the object of my page, but I assure you, I did not intend for it to read like an advertisement.
I'm trying to convey the scientific aspect and to focus on what a unique technology it truly is.
