Numerous references for notability provided. Extra outbound links provided to bolster existing and new references. Original copy rewritten. Language toned down to a neutral and factual type, avoiding complex words or overly descriptive phrases (which had been misconstrued as sales-y). Inline citations added and formatted. I don't know why the page has been declined now, and am requesting a thorough re-review with an editor who is willing to go through the draft with me on a detailed basis. I currently am ill, so I have not been on Wiki much, and it might take me a day or 2 to notice changes... please bear with me. Thank you!

I have made a article on a school. It's my first article. I included all information I found. But it was rejected when reviewed.
As I don't have any more information to add I like to format that article. How can I format that article?

Hello there!!! I'm a new one of creating articles on Wikipedia. I'm having a hard time of resolving it many times since there many errors of declined & notes of it leave by the reviewers as well on my draft. I rechecked & fix my draft entitled "Kenneth Earl Medrano" through the advice of the previous notes leave by the reviewers on my draft. Since I've fixed of it and it's already resolved, may I request to help me on this matter to be reviewed of it as soon as possible so that this draft that I've created will be appear on the article and it easily search on the search engine since this person is existed today in the world of Philippine entertainment and some of the followers/fans of him are already need this as their reference or facts about their idol as well. And if ever this draft will be declined again by it's reviewer/s, I'm very welcome to accept of it and re try again to be fixed what are the lacking errors of it. I Hope at this point my draft will be accepted by its reviewer/s.
