05:50:27, 28 November 2015 review of submission by Philiprmasih[edit]

We are trying to submit a page for our Organization "2COMS"[1] and have created a draft and submitted for approval.

Issue is that a lot of our company description has been used for general promotion over other websites. The content was provided by us only. But during last attempt, the wiki page was shot down by the moderators as lot of the content was reflecting as copied from other sources.[2]

We have added the website references where the content can be verified, but still the page was disqualified. The content and organization details are verified and not copied. Request to assist as this is our first attempt in adding a page.

Philip and Bobby on Behalf of 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a business directory or an extension of your company webpage. Most businesses do not have and should not have Wikipedia articles.
Wikipedia articles about companies summarize what people independent of those companies (for example historians, economists, and journalists) have published about them. The draft presents no evidence of arms-length coverage in reliable sources, and cursory searches turned up none, so the company does not appear to be a suitable topic for a stand alone encyclopedia article. If The Times of India, The Financial Express, and The Hindu have all written in-depth articles about your company, and you just neglected to mention that fact in the draft, then that's a different matter. But without significant coverage in independent reliable sources, you're wasting your time trying to create an article. Wikipedia is not for advertising, promotion, or public relations.
A final concern: the way you signed your question, "Philip and Bobby", implies shared use, which is not permitted. A user account must only be used by one individual. Worldbruce (talk) 08:43, 28 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

16:41:08, 28 November 2015 review of submission by Maptack[edit]

Maptack (talk) 16:41, 28 November 2015 (UTC) My contribution was meant for the USER TALK page not as a submission to Wikipedia proper I'm not sure how to do this! Maptack (talk) 16:41, 28 November 2015 (UTC)Maptack[reply]

Hi Maptack - Done. At the top of the page there should be a drop down link called "More". When you hover over it, one of the choices is "Move". Click on that. Then on the new screen, there is a box called "move page" which appears. Under "new title" is a drop down menu, when you click on that, it gives you choices of what type of page. I simply chose your selection of USER TALK. Viola. Onel5969 TT me 21:21, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
