@Bobby"Bob"Fields: Your references are too general. Instead of linking to the homepage of an organization, you need to link to the specific webspage that verifies the information in the article. You can't expect the reader to search through an entire website to find the information. Similarly, for offline sources such as a newspaper, you need to provide the specific date (as well as the page number, if you know it). Also, your "personal" section is completely without sources. --Ahecht (TALK

Hello, I have been working on the writer Rosemary Bailey's page which has now been accepted, but I have noticed that there is another wikipedia page for Rosemary A. Bailey, who is a scientist, and that if you search for Rosemary Bailey within wikipedia it automatically redirects to Rosemary A. Bailey's page. I think there should be a disambiguation page with the two Rosemary Baileys so that this does not happen, or some other solution? Also there should not be a redirect from Rosemary Bailey to Rosemary A Bailey but I do not know how to remove the redirect, nor do I know how to make a disambiguation page. I have looked it up but am at a loss how to do it. I would really appreciate it if someone could help sort this problem out. Many thanks!

@Gathr: no Declined WP:NCP sets out the guidelines for article names where the subject is a person. Usually, article titles of people are written <first name> <last name> and do not includ qualifiers like "father of thermosonic bonding".
