- If the image comes with a free license, you can upload it to the Wikimedia Commons via their Upload Wizard. Once it's uploaded, the picture tutorial explains how to add the image to an article. However, your draft needs other things much more than an image: There's not even enough context to identify the subject, and it has no reliable sources. Right now the draft is in no shape to become a Wikipedia article. Huon (talk) 14:49, 29 September 2012 (UTC)
Declined for lack of context. Also, because you are an anonymous editor, meaning you do not sign in when you edit, then I don't think you are allowed to upload photos to the Commons or Wikipedia.
