Wikipedia workshop at Universal school in Nashik A workshop named take-a-tour of wiki will be a basic workshop to introduce wikipedia to students of universal school, Nashik on 11th Feb 2016. Around 80 students of school from std 7th and 8th will be present. Aim To spread awareness about Wikipedia. Connect Teachers and students to wikipedia. Discussions before workshop Generation of presentation Points of presentation should include : 1) What is wikipedia ? 2) Wikipedia origin 3) Wikimedia Foundation 4) Diversity 5) Language editions graph 6) How wikipedia works Points to be explained can be: 1) Wiktionary 2)Wikiquote 3) Wikibooks 4) Wikinews 5)Wikiversity 6)Wikivoyage 7)Wikidata Can conduct quiz after seminar Quiz can conduct questions like 1) Who is founder of wikipedia? 2) Who can edit stuff on wiki? 3) Who can delete data on wiki 4) Wikipedia is world's___th biggest wbsite 5) Can you write about yourself on wiki ? 6)Can you advertise your product on wiki ? 7) Can you contact users on wiki ? 8) ____Content is necessary on wiki.
