When I came across this article in passing, I saw that it had greatly deteriorated since it was promoted to GA a couple years ago. I've cleaned up the article to make sure it meets those requirements again, and since the next logical step is FA, I'd like to see how well it meets those requirements. (Please bear with me, I've never brought an article to FAC before!) Please be very specific in the review; the more precise, hopefully the easier it would go through the nomination.
