Purpose: Board meeting and taking determining next steps for hiring a metrics processor for WM NYC and allied efforts.

Committee structure discussed, members volunteered. Consensus was that all board members strongly encouraged to volunteer on at least two committees. Committees are open to all interested WM NYC members -- board membership is not required.

WMF Grant Midpoint Report[edit]

  • Conference calls to check in; possibly in June with preliminary draft?
  • In-Kind Donations: Need to track; AfroCROWD did not include in current grant, will do going forward
  • Time tracking: Explore options like Zipbooks
  • Financial reporting: Ongoing, monthly public links, not editable

Upcoming events[edit]

  • Wiki Loves Pride 2016 (June 2016): Possible outreach to CUNY Grad Center Library, Lesbian Herstory Archives, MoMA, Audre Lorde Project, Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art, Hetrick-Martin Institute, ACT-UP, etc.
