I presume this is group account, used by the University of California, San Francisco Masters of Science in Health Policy and Law Program, just like User talk:Group A HPL? As I explained there, Wikipedia does not allow group accounts and each individual in your group must have their own account. To get this account unblocked, you would need to assure us that only one person will use it and that the others will set up their own accounts.
