CSD for author requested deletion

I noticed that you warned this IP for not adding a reliable source. I don't think this was the right warning, as in the IP's edit, they only added "(source needed)", and not information that wasn't sourced. I can see the confusion, but whenever someone adds something like that and you can't find a good warning/reminder, it's okay to write a handwritten message on their talk page. Not too sure if I've got this wrong but the IP added the information that he tagged as needing a source so it may be vandalism which is why I then deleted it

Looking back at it, another IP put the information there, and not the IP you warned. It looks like they're probably the same person, just different IPs, because I looked up their locations and they are both around the same area, so I guess your warning is still valid.
