Decline reason:

Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 154.160.18.191. I would be grateful if you could assist me on how to get my IP out of a constant block. Any time a date is given for the release of my up, it automatically keeps saying that the IP address has been blocked again and then it extends to another longer period and I am wondering exactly what crime is. Decline reason:

If you were not granted an IPBE, there is nothing we can do for you. You last successfully edited on December 10th or thereabouts(depending on your time zone) so I would suggest recreating the conditions you were in that day to be able to edit- it could just be that you need to reset your modem to get an IP that is not blocked. Hello, I noticed you created the page for Junior Pope with his real name but it has already being created by someone else as Junior Pope. Articles cannot be two on Wikipedia.
