Ways to improve Promo Direct[edit]

Hi, I'm JamesG5. SusanSmi, thanks for creating Promo Direct!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Page creator writes the company blog http://blog.promodirect.com/author/susans/, WP:COI notice not posted. Page is not in any categories. No sources given for anything except award claims, needs sourcing for the rest.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. JamesG5 (talk) 06:27, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Susan, please take a look at the Wikipedia conflict of interest guidelines I linked above. Per those, as you work for Promo Direct you have to post a COI notice on your own user page, and on the talk page of the article. Additionally, it's not recommended that you edit or maintain the article, but instead discuss any changes on the talk page and let other editors address them. Check out the Teahouse (linked above) or give me a shout if you have questions. Nice work on the layout. JamesG5 (talk) 06:30, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Saw your question on my talk page, the guidelines for how to disclose are at WP:DISCLOSE, with examples. You need to post that on your user page, and on the talk page of the article. JamesG5 (talk) 01:43, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
