- my reason for doing so was simply to avoid getting too deeply involved, in what seemed like a sensitive topic for the user whom I was replying to.

- WP:LOGOUT: "Editors who are not logged in must not actively try to deceive other editors, such as...by using the session for the inappropriate uses listed earlier in this policy." One of the bullet points at the section "Inappropriate uses of alternative accounts" says: "Editing project space: Undisclosed alternative accounts are not to be used in discussions internal to the project."--Bbb23 (talk) 16:56, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
