Please do not add content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Jeff Hardy. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. I'm sorry. I didn't know I was vandalizing anything. I thought I was just adding more information to certain pages that might need it. Rangerkid51 (talk) 15:38, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well actually, I checked the edit I warned you for, and it actually wasn't vandalism and that was a little fast. As of right now you're not vandalizing any articles. Sorry for any inconvenience and I removed my warning. Continue editing. --Brad Polard (talk) 15:43, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:MattHardyRaw.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:MattHardyRaw.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 10:21, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

October 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to CM Punk, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. TJ Spyke 17:55, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Paul Wight has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. February 2010[edit]

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Chris Jericho. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. TJ Spyke 21:37, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:Randy-savagejpg.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Randy-savagejpg.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ╟─TreasuryTagco-prince─╢ 14:39, 21 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Gabriel Iglesias[edit]

Hi. Thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to Gabriel Iglesias, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept unsourced material or original research. This includes material lacking cited sources, or obtained through personal knowledge or unpublished synthesis of previously published material. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 00:45, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The two images you added to articles here are up for speedy deletion at Commons[edit]

When adding images to articles, make sure the images are either free images or comply with the non-free image rules. The images you added today, including to the Alex Kingston article, were not under free licenses. They will be deleted from Wikimedia Commons soon; I've already removed the link to the image in Kingston's article. —C.Fred (talk) 17:18, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
