Yes, I am a block and ban user. I admit my mistake I was banned on Wikipedia when I spammed here. But after that I create all the accounts, I did not commit any barbarity in that. Now I know a lot about the rules of Wikipedia, and I am also learning more. I had no knowledge at that time. I apologize for any mistake I have made.
