The discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ifeanyichukwu Odii had three participants: the nominator, the person who commented that it should be deleted, and the administrator who deleted it. There was no consensus that the subject is notable; in fact it shows a weak consensus that the subject isn't notable. The subsequent undeletion should have restored the article to draft space instead of article space.
