Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. Please see WP:COI. As a parent of Sofia Vassilieva, your conflict of interest may make it difficult for you to be neutral in working on her article. You can suggest changes on the article's Talk page. Corvus cornix 21:30, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, it's hard to tell from the article which facts presented are Verifiable. I've reverted your addition of a film not scheduled until 2008 per WP:CRYSTAL, as no information has been presented to cite that the film is currently being produced. Please do not use your personal knowledge. Other people have to be able to read the information somewhere, so we can verify it's the fact rather than taking your word for it.
If you would like some help cleaning up the External links into references, I'm willing to help out. However, it's hard to tell which links are supposed to back up which statements in her article. If you want to start by explaining on the article's talk page, we can work on improving it. -- Kesh 21:38, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image and Links[edit]

Please stop re-adding the picture and links you have in the article. The image is copyrighted to the television studio, and cannot be used here. Since you are her parent, it can easily be replaced with a picture you can take yourself. The links are to fansites, which are not allowed per WP:EL.

Also, a lot of the information you've added is your own personal knowledge. We can't have that on a Wikipedia article. All the facts must be verifiable, which means they have to be published in some form. Things like her exact time of birth are not published anywhere the rest of us can see, so we can't use it.

I'm afraid I don't have time right now to really work on the article, but I'll be back on tomorrow to help out with the references. -- Kesh 01:24, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:SV-Hurt-0-1- 05 0001.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:44, 27 October 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Genisock2 15:44, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Image:SV-Hurt-0-1- 05 0001.jpg, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per speedy deletion criterion I7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Kesh 17:17, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
