Help with block[edit]

{{helpme}} I am having trouble contacting the person who deleted my page on Wikipedia. The page I created, "HR-XML Consortium Inc.", was deleted because of "no evidence of notability ". From what I have read, notability determines whether a topic merits its own article. An organization is generally considered notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. Is the problem that HR-XML doesn't have enough coverage or that I didn't provide enough sources of the coverage. If the answer is the latter, how do I go about editing my page?

My page is extremely relevant in the HR industry. HR-XML Consortium is the only independent, non-profit, volunteer-led organization dedicated to the development and promotion of a standard suite of XML specifications to enable e-business and the automation of human resources-related data exchanges. Our members are from Fortune 500 clients (Oracle, SAP, Hewitt, etc.). How do I go about getting this page posted. If it is a source thing, I can add sources but I need to get back into the page. Where do I go from here?

Also my account was deactivated because "orangemike" feels I am using Wikipedia to promote my business. Instead of telling me why, he decided just to remove me. I don't want to use Wikipedia or the HR-XML Consortium Inc. page as a promotion. I just want to give an overview of a company that is extremely prevalent and relevant. {{unblock|My account was blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended or used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. My intention was not to promote my organization through Wikipedia. I read the Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations, Conflict of Interest and CIO Guidelines pages. I don’t have a vested interest in HR-XML's campaigns, clients, products and services. I just think HR-XML (the Company and the standards they provide) are extremely relevant in the HR industry. I now see that my article went against Wikipedia's policies. The article I added wasn't published by a reliable source. Most of my information was published by the HR-XML company webpage which I now see is an improper practice. Also, some of my information (membership benefits and other cost saving comments) were unintentionally not done in a neutral point of view. Also, I did not prove that my article was notable. This relates to my lack of sourcing which I fully researched and understand. I even spoke with the Wiki help chat and received proper sourcing information. Please accept my proposal to get unblocked. When I created my page, I just started my account and wasn't aware of the guidelines. I know have a strong understanding of what is appropriate and inappropriate to put on a page. To ensure that my articles are going in the correct direction, I am going to submit my article in the 'user space draft' and get others to check it out first and make sure it is ok. I was eventually kicked off of Wikipedia but managed to get back on by reading the Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations, Conflict of Interest and CIO Guidelines pages. After reading a bunch of different material and talking with the Wiki help center, I felt it was best to submit my article in the 'user space draft' and get others to check it out first and make sure it is ok. I was under the impression that submitting my article in the 'user space draft' would allow others to provide feedback. Instead I received the previous message. Then when I try and go to the HR-XML Consortium Inc. Wikipedia page I get "If you are creating a new page with different content, please continue. If you are recreating a page similar to the previously deleted page, or are unsure, please first contact the deleting administrator using the information provided below." Do I have 2 articles outstanding. If so, how do I delete the first article and start fresh? How do I look up the comments in the article on I submitted int the user space draft section? The article was deleted, see this log entry.
If you're going to HR-XML Consortium Inc. then you're trying to create a live page again, which is a bad idea.
You could either make a new start in a WP:USERSPACEDRAFT, or if you want, you could ask the admin who deleted it if they could restore a copy to your userspace, through a process called userfy - the deleting admin, as you can see from the log, was Spartaz (talk · contribs).
If restored to your userspace, the page would have all the associated page history.
However, as noted in all the docs you've read (WP:COI etc), we strongly recommend that you do not create the page due to the conflict of interest.
Definitely, it would be best to work on other articles instead; if the company is really notable, then someone else will create the page.

I don't think you did - I keep my e-mail address reasonably hidden. "Every time I post to someone’s talk page they never get back to me." Don't exaggerate - you have posted one message (which, I admit, was ignored). The best advice of Chzz and myself is: give up. Your article received an AfD discussion, the most democratic deletion route. License tagging for File:HR-XMLTimeline.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:HR-XMLTimeline.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

You last contribution before this helpme request was at 20:38, 2 September 2010 when you edited Document where you added a wikilink to HR-XML Standards - but no such article exists, having been deleted at 11:20, 3 September 2010 by JamesBWatson with the reason G4: Recreation of a page that was deleted per a deletion discussion: See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/HR-XML Consortium Inc. (e/c) As you're reading this response you will see a link at the top of this page named "My contributions". Clicking on that will allow you to see all edits you've made and easily locate the article you posted if it hasn't been deleted. Since the article does not appear in your contributions, that's a good clue it was deleted. You can check for deletion by accessing the deletion log and searching by the exact name, noting that it's case sensitive, but I can view your deleted contributions directly, and can tell you that the following articles you started have all been deleted: Hr-xml Consortium Inc. (deletion log entry), HR-XML Consortium Inc. (deletion log entry), HR-XML (deletion log entry and the one you specifically asked about: HR-XML Standards (deletion log entry). This, like most of the others was done pursuant to the result of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/HR-XML Consortium Inc.. If you create an article that is significantly different and improved from the the previously deleted articles—that fixes the reasons given for deleting the prior content that were discussed at the deletion discussion—then it may not be subject to |speedy deletion as reposted content.
