Hello Nathanjarrellemanagement. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Also, a username must not be a role, like "management" or "marketing". It must be a name that clearly belongs only to you as an individual. You would not be permitted to edit under this username even as a paid editor. If you don't make the change now, either by changing your username or explaining your username on your user page, your account will be blocked as a violation of the username policy. All you need to do at WP:CHU is request that "management" be removed from your username, or explain on your user page that "Nathanjarrellemanagement" is, in fact, Nathan Jarrelle, which seems to be what you are saying above. If you choose a completely different name, you need to make a COI declaration on your user page. Alternatively, if you are not Nathan Jarelle, but represent a management agency or other company handling the artist, you could request any name that implies that you are one person, not many people, such as, User:Nathanjarrellemanagement_John, User:N_Jarrelle_Mgmt_Mary, User:NJ_management_CEO, and so on.
