There are no sources indicating that Greensill is defunct. Please add sources first.

MeyerGrT, took me 30 seconds to find sources stating that Greensill is "defunct":
  • Turner, Gilles; et al. (April 1, 2021). "How Masayoshi Son's 'Money Guy' Lex Greensill Went From Hero to Zero". Bloomberg. Retrieved 12 April 2021.
  • Smith, Robert; et al. (March 19, 2021). "How Sanjeev Gupta lived large on the back of rickety financing". Financial Times. Retrieved 12 April 2021..
Either way, I am not sure what statement in the article really needs to be sourced with these articles. For all intents and purposes, a company entering insolvency proceedings is a "was" not an "is". --JBchrch (talk) 13:20, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
