Baker & Taylor Author Biographies
Hi, Megalibrarygirl! I was wondering if you could look into a source for me? A few years ago you cited something called Baker & Taylor Author Biographies [1] I notice that this thing apparently has an entry for Michael Z. Williamson but I can't access it. Can you? - I did get it and thank you again for being so helpful! At first glance, it didn't seem to have any information that the article doesn't already have from decent sources so I haven't added a citation to it. But I'm still very glad to have it. Indigenous women academic administrators
I just wrote the article for a president of Iḷisaġvik College (Pearl Kiyawn Nageak Brower) and wanted to start one for Beverly Patkotak Grinage, an Iñupiat who served as president from 2005 to 2010 based on this source [2]. Regrettably, I am not having much success finding sources. I was hoping to at least start a stub that can be expanded in the future. FWIW, I will also start one on another Iḷisaġvik president, Brooke Gondara Northern Cheyenne (2010-2011), but for her, I can find at least a few sources, although they are mostly primary. I believe they all clear WP:ACADEMIC by serving as president of a college. No worries if you can't find any or don't have the time! Thanks! Thsmi002 (talk) 02:27, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

Copyediting of the upcoming "On the bright side" piece in the Signpost
Hi, thanks for copyediting this. There is one more week's worth of content to add, so the piece is not ready for copyediting, but an interim copyedit is appreciated. I reverted several of the commas that you added because I think that they're unnecessary and they interrupt the flow of the text, but if you feel strongly that the commas should be there and you can direct me to a Wikipedia:Manual of Style requirement that those commas be there then I will probably abide by the MoS. I will complete the final week's worth of content soon, and I'll mark the feature as being ready for copyediting when I'm finished. - No worries, Pine! Commas are frustrating little buggers. The only ones that I think are super-duper important are the "Oxford Commas." :) I'm trying to help Smallbones stay on top of things. - Mega and @Pine:. Due to the the "pre-published" nature of "On the bright side", I've asked Mega to get a head start on the easy copyediting tasks (I hope I wasn't being too pushy). She's performing exceptionally well so far. Neither of you seem to share my inability to concentrate while copyediting, so I doubt that there will be any conflicts here, but the "ready to copyedit" check mark should generally be left to the author. - @Megalibrarygirl and Smallbones: Copyediting content for individual weeks is fine with me. I generally use the Oxford comma myself.
