Also, it appears that a number of the short new articles you are creating may be related to technologies used by your company.. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?

One problem is your username. You need to apply to change that, since it's a company name and you have been editing about products and processes related to that company.
The other is the deleted article, which was deleted as an obvious advertisement for MDI Products. I am sorry I was not able to make changes long time, but today I sat down and started making lots of changes to make it more informative and removed all commercial aspects of it. But may be changes were not saved and I lost all of them.I want to do it again. Earlier I made another account username:Nirmaljaya and I was thinking to reinstate this article over there after changes. You should have been using the account User:Nirmaljaya, and not this one; the worst and most confusing thing you could do would be to create a third account, especially with such a bad username (too spammy).
