Redirects

Please refrain from redirecting pages as you did to Chechens, Circassians and Kurds in Jordan. You can notice that there is consistency with titles such as Circassians in Syria and Circassians in Israel (not Syrian Circassians or Israeli Circassians). The Kurds in Jordan article was created in 2012, then you decided by yourself without any discussion with other users to change the title ! read this carefully Talk:Circassians in Jordan#Naming fashion, then you might learn something! @Feraseltell1: I used "Tal" instead of "Et-tall" because it is the most commonly used name on English sources found by google. You can read the Wikipedia police WP:COMMONNAME here. Makeandtoss (talk) 15:07, 11 August 2020 (UTC)

salamt

I can relate to your post but التل in the way is written now TAL doesn't match how the late Abdula Eltell he wrote his name https://agwarnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/%D9%86%D8%B5-%D9%88%D8%AB%D9%8A%D9%82%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B3%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%85-732x1024.jpg

also to Wasfi wrote his name and also the most important TAL is a Hebrew name and surname

all of our family use El Tell Like Abdula or Al Tell

A tag has been placed on Category:Municipalities of Jordan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Hi

..and a Happy New Year to you (a little late..)

Let's hope 2021 will be better than 2020!

I have a question: I am trying to cat lots of (wonderful!) pictures of the Dead Cities, Syria, that Harvard Uni has uploaded to commons.

In that connection I have a question: Is "Kfer Daryan" (like here), the same place as Kafr Dariyan? I see they are spelled different in Arabic, but could it be a variation of the name?

Pinging User:Al Ameer son, as he stared the en.wp article, Cheers, Huldra (talk) 22:28, 10 January 2021 (UTC)

@Huldra: That’s a safe bet. One transliteration appears more colloquial (Kfer Daryan) while Kafr Dariyan is the standard Arabic. It’s likely there is the modern village of the same name, while the ruins are in or just outside the village. Excellent that Harvard has uploaded these, perhaps a motivation to begin work on this exceptional topic ;) —Al Ameer (talk) 03:18, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
Thanks, User:Al Ameer son, I have added it, Huldra (talk) 23:46, 11 January 2021 (UTC)

Prince Hamza and Awadallah

Not sure who told you that there was two separate actions since you didn't provide a source. Now AJ says that the two indeed conspired together and with foreign actors.[1],[2]. Ardashir64 (talk) 13:22, 4 April 2021 (UTC)
