File copyright problem with File:Ei box.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Ei box.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

I have had a look at the new version of this page. It is much more satisfactory than the first version: well done. However, it still lacks indication that the company satisfies Wikipedia's notability standards. Have a look at the general notability guideline and the guideline for organizations and companies. License tagging for File:EXtension 2color logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:EXtension 2color logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

You have admitted that you have a severe conflict of interest with regard to this company, and this article has been blocked from recreation due to repeated efforts to advertise this non-notable software firm. I might have hesitated more to "pull the trigger" on your sandbox if it weren't for the line "The server that their platform runs on is painted red and it signifies Extension users can open the box of opportunities with their software"! Per your request, I've moved the page to your userspace at User:Khostetler/Extension Inc.. You are going to need to find reliable independent sources that show that this company is notable per our standards at WP:CORP. It's not enough just to want to "provide information about the company." Also, as Orangemike said, the article must be written in neutral language per WP:NPOV and WP:SPAM.
