My initial reaction is that it is too linear. I hopped and skipped and saw some interesting things, but please use some section headings at a minimum. Consider adding a short phrase in bold for each of the numbered ideas, this may work for some lists and not others. Yowch. You're right. I included some bolded sections and similar in the word draft, but they didn't translate. Sorry about that. I'm starting doing that now, and will also add a few links to terms which may not be as broadly recognized by others as by me. Anyone who sees changes that should be made should feel free to do so.
