Titanic edits

It is extremely clear, it's the 24 hour clock, used and understood by almost the entire planet. And it's very obvious the article is using the 24 hour clock from the timings being used and the fact there is two digits for hours at all times with a leading 0 for hours prior to 10 in the morning.
