I CANNOT GET ANCESTRY TO ACCEPT MY SUBMISSION ON SAMUEL G HAVERMALE.IT DOWNLOADS FINE THEN COMES BACK NAME NOT ALLOWED. I PUT I LIFE OF SAMUEL G HAVERMALE. CAN SOME ONE ADVISE WHAT NAME I SHOULD PUT IN. SOMEONE MADE COMMENT THEY HAD ALL NEEDED INFORMATION ON SAMUEL THEY NEED. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ARTICLE DOES NOT TOUCH THE LIFE OF SAMUEL. I HAVE PICTURES AND REFERENCES FROM MANY SOURCES AND HAVE WORKED MANY YEARS COLLECTING THIS INFORMATION. I WOULD HATE FOR THIS INFO NOT TO BE PUT ON BUT I AM LIVING ON BORROWED TIME. Removing document from Talk page[edit]

I have gone over the document on the life of Samuel Gardenour Havermale. Most of it is appropriate for a family history but not for Wikipedia.

One very interesting item which stood out was his appointment by Lincoln to the Christian Commission in Vicksburg. Do you have any newspaper or book which mentions it? We need to cite a source for additions to Wikipedia.

Also, his appointment by Bishop Merrill to be presiding elder would be very good to add, if you have a reference to a published source.

Otherwise, only a few minor details will be moved from your history into the article.
