Hi; the issue with your page was that it was written in a non-neutral manner, appearing to be designed to praise and promote the subject rather than objectively describe it. That's why it was deleted; please don't just re-create deleted material in exactly the same format it was when it was deleted, since that deletion occurred for a reason. If you think someone is notable enough to have a Wikipedia page about them, I would encourage you to go through the Articles for Creation process. You can get feedback there on how to craft a page suitable for Wikipedia. Such a page will need to be written in a neutral tone, as mentioned; it will also need to be based on reliable, independent sources, cited in the article, and those sources will need to establish that the subject is truly notable enough to be written about. You haven't requested feedback on your draft; you need to do that before anything will happen. When you do that, an editor will look the draft. If it's ready, they will move it out of draftspace and it will indeed become part of Wikipedia generally. If it isn't, they'll tell you what the problem is and how it needs to be improved before it can be accepted.

I can tell you now, though, your draft is almost certain to be rejected in its current form; you have not changed it from how it was when it was deleted. It continues to be promotional in tone and, perhaps more crucially, it does not have any sources.

Once you submit a version of it that meets the requirements, it can take any amount of time up to a week; usually it's less than a day, though. This draft was declined, and has now been deleted, because it was promotional. Not only that, but it was completely unreferenced, which is wholly unacceptable. My advice to you is not to recreate this again, as it will only be deleted, and you may be sanctioned for promotional editing.

For future reference, you must not just write what you want, or what you think you know, about a subject. You must summarise what reliable and independent sources have previously said about it, and cite those sources as you go, so that the information can be verified.
