Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:LakePhelps2.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:LakePhelps.jpg. The copy called Image:LakePhelps.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 03:00, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lake Phelps[edit]

I included your pic of Lake Phelps in the Pettigrew State Park article. The pic and the article were both on the main page today! Dincher 03:48, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of universities in North Carolina by enrollment has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This page is a duplicate of the information found on List of colleges and universities in North Carolina, which has been kept more up-to-date and is sortable by enrollment.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. glman (talk) 13:04, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
