As another reviewer commented, this draft has no secondary sources. An article needs significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent, secondary sources in order to pass WP:GNG and be notable enough for a standalone article. Please also note that there is a 3 paragraph section on eternal justice in the Arthur Schopenhauer article. So please double check that this draft is significantly different or better than what is already there, or it may make more sense to just add a couple of things to the AS article. Hope that helps.
