Your draft

Hello, G.O Memo,

I'd like to advise you not to move your draft article to main space or I think it will likely be tagged for deletion. It is not in good enough shape to be a main space article. You are a very new editor and it takes more than a month or two to learn Wikipedia style, guidelines and standards for notability and sourcing. When you think it is ready, submit it to Articles for Creation for review and evaluation. If it is aproved by an AFC reviewer, they will correctly move it to main space. I'll ping Ian (Wiki Ed) so he knows about this development.

There's another problem here, G.O Memo - Wikipedia already has an article on international communication, so you shouldn't be trying to produce a duplicate article. Instead you should be working to expand that article using high quality sources. That article is a bit of a mess and could definitely use improvement.

One of the problems with your draft is its tone. Wikipedia articles are supposed to describe what sources say about a topic, they aren't supposed to speak directly to the reader. Section headings like Why do International Technical Communication and How International Technical Communication Could Happen don't fit that style.

One more thing to keep in mind is that you are writing for an international encyclopaedia. Your tone also needs to be much more formal and declarative. For example:

When someone tries to communicate with a person with another culture different from theirs, there can be miscommunication or confusion, especially if it’s like someone from Japan that has a very formal culture and interacts with an American, especially one from the south, that has a very causal cultural way of speaking.

• "When someone tries to communicate with a person with another culture different from theirs" - this is speaks to your reader far too directly.
• "especially if it’s like someone from Japan that has a very formal culture and interacts with an American, especially one from the south, that has a very causal cultural way of speaking" - You're assuming that your readers have a sense of what Japanese culture is like, what American culture is like, and what "the south" is.
• Your writing is far too wordy for Wikipedia (the preferred style is much more terse) and far too informal ("especially if it's like someone from Japan")
• You're citing a source that doesn't mention American or Japanese styles of communication. The sources you cite need to support the statements made in your article.
