Notability

Somebody has to create the article (where the redirect page is now). That article will need to document the ways in which she fits the criteria, with citations to appropriate sources (no blogs, fansites, etc.; nothing "sourced" to her own website or that of her band). Given your obvious bias, you'll need to be particularly careful about maintaining a neutral point of view about her. Here are extensive guidelines on creating your first article.
