Dixie Cup Postioning[edit]

Stan Schmedge... Love your edits in the Nouveaux Nomme de Biere sections. I wanted to discuss a edit I'm arguing to be undone. As the Dixie Cup is a significant event for our club I thought it deserved great expansion and be represented as such on the hierarchy. I believe you changed it to offer a more logical flow in taxonomy which I understand. Please respond. I hope to create a Dixie Cup page in and of itself once the ranger page goes up. Speedy deletion of User:FoamRanger[edit]

A tag has been placed on User:FoamRanger, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. I can somewhat understand the frustration you expressed on the Mfd page. However there was no indication on your user page that it was a sandbox or article-in-waiting. You should have created it as a subpage of your user page and added the {{User Sandbox}} template at the top so that it was clear that it was a sandbox. As it was, it looked like you were using WP as a free webhost for your homebrew club and that is not permitted. If you want to have the page restored as a subpage, please contact the deleting admin User:Orangemike and ask. – ukexpat (talk) 16:47, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
